HOW TO LOG IN

  1. First, log into to email we provided visit inbox to check account status.
  2. When logging into email, there may sometimes be a verification step (Verify it's you). Select 3rd option "Confirm your recovery email" and enter the "recovery email address" we provided. DO NOT SELECT the option to receive a verification code (Get a verification code at...) as this could cause the email to become inactive. If it requests additional phone verification, skip it.
  3. Always Use a fresh US IP address to log in (Proxy Socks5 or HTTP). Do not use rotating proxies. Avoid logging into the account on multiple devices; one IP should log into one account only.
  4. Once logged in, simply set up the warehouse address and list the products.


DELIVERY

  1. After purchase, please visit "My Products" tab on the Left Menu then wait until the status is completed. You can receive your accounts by "View Result".
  2. For account without "INSTANT DELIVERY" tag, delivery time will be few hours to maximum 24 hours. Some special products may need more time to deliver.

Refund Policy

  1. If we can not deliver the order (which only happen if platform makes a new update), you can choose to wait or request for cancel. Dont forget to check SPAM folder in your email if you didnt receive accounts within 24 hours.
  2. For large quantity or Quantity limit exceeded, we may need more than 24 hours to prepare and deliver.
  3. Tiktop shop accounts are guaranteed for 3 days until you log in. If the account is not working or banned before you log in, send us the info to inspect and replace your account.
